Workshops
  • “Research in Behavioural Science” by Dr. Aarti Mehta, Founder, Psychologist Sahara Mental Health Clinic, Guest faculty ( Assistant Professor) at University of Hyderabad on 9th August, 2023 with 6 staff and 174 Psychology students
  • The three day workshop on “Transactional Analysis” by Mr. Badarinath Cheruvu, Director of CMAC India on 02nd, 03 rd and 4th of November, 2023 with 28 PG 2nd year Psychology students
  • The three day workshop on “Transactional Analysis” was conducted by Mr. Badarinath Cheruvu, Director of CMAC India on 18th, 19th and 20th of December, 2023 with 28 PG 1st year Psychology students.
  • “Gatekeeper Training” by Mr. Nelson Vinod Moses, founder of the Suicide Prevention India Foundation (SPIF) on 2nd December, 2023 via’ Google Meet’ 2nd and 3rd year UG Psychology Students.

FIELD TRIPS ORGANIZED
  • Field visit to Asha Hospital for “A Session on Biofeedback” on 26th September 2023 which was organized for MSc 1 students and was conducted by the in-house faculties at Asha Hospital attended by 29 PG 1st year psychology students and one faculty member.
WORKSHOPS/ SEMINARS ATTENDED BY FACULTY
  • The Department of Psychology attended the seminar conducted on "Emotional Leadership in Education" by Dr. Angela Moorjani which was organized by the college on the 6th June 2023.
  • The Department of Psychology attended the seminar conducted on "Research in Behavioral Science" by Dr. Aarti Mehta which was organized by Dr. Nandini Sanyal on the 9th August 2023.
  • Dr. Nandini Sanyal and Ms.Arupuda Mary Rajan attended a Leadership Workshop on "Understanding & Managing Conflicts" by Dr. Sunny Philip, Executive Director, Transform4Life Inc,. on 25th August, 2023 which was organised by IQAC.
  • Ms.Amulya.K attended a Three Day International workshop on Statistical Data Anayalsis using SPSS organized by Department of Research and Publications, A2Z Learning Hub LLP, on 1st , 2nd and 3rd September 2023.
  • The Department of Psychology attended the seminar conducted on "Issues and Challenges in Paper Publications” ShodhAnveshan -2023organised by Faculty Research Cell on 6th October 2023. The resource person for the same was Dr.M.Shailaja Raj, Vice Principal (R&D) , St.Francis College for Women.
  • Dr. Nandini Sanyal attended a three day workshop on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SPSS & AMOS organized by Dept of Research & Publications , A2Z Edu LearningHub LLP on 7th , 8th & 9th November 2023
