Counselling Psychology Track:This specialization provides comprehensive training in therapeutic techniques, with focused modules in school psychology, family counselling, and diverse psychotherapeutic approaches. A holistic, lifespan perspective is central to the curriculum, supported by role-play simulations, supervised internships, and community engagement initiatives. Through workshops in schools, NGOs, and workplace settings, students gain meaningful, hands-on experience that enhances both skill and sensitivity.

Organizational Psychology Track :Students explore how psychological principles apply in the workplace through a curriculum aligned with current industry needs. Topics include organizational behavior, workplace dynamics, and HR practices. Practical learning is emphasized through case studies, simulations, and internships in corporate environments. The track also develops expertise in training and development, preparing students to design and lead effective organizational interventions.

Research and Critical Thinking :The program emphasizes research literacy and analytical thinking.
