Department of Electronics provides conductive environment for research. The research needs are to be balanced with the available resources, such as funds, space, facilities, and other resources. The faculty of the department have completed two UGC approved research projects.

Extension Activities
- Department donated an inverter worth Rs. 25,000, to an under privileged school (Lurthmatha school), Tallada on the occasion of Glee 2015, An annual event of SPECTRUM on 28th November 2015.
- Department of electronics is in charge of installation and maintenance of Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic Power System installed at our college, with a capacity of 50 kWp.
