  • 2018: VasaviNasikar, Bhavya Yammanur student of M.A. Mass Communication secured first prize and second prizes in Documentary Film Competition which was organized by St.Mary’s College, Yusafguda, Hyderabad.
  • 2018: MAII Students Anuja, Deisree and Neha won Rs 10,000 in Documentary film category Inter-collegiate Film Festival organized by Dept. of Mass Comm St. Mary’s College, Yusafguda, Hyderabad on 22nd January 2020.
  • 2019: Sathvika (1213161131), Vyshnavi G(1213161135), Won a First Prize-Rs.1500/ for a short film on "Skin Deep" highlighting cyber crimes, submitted at Centre for Women Studies, St. Ann's College for Women on March 15th,2019.
  • 2019: N. MADHURITHA & Ms.BhavyaYammanuru, paticipatedpresened a paperat 12th International Conference on Indian Politics and Media on 14 March, at Technia Institute of Advanced Studies, Delhi.
  • Ms. Bhavya Yammanur, Ms.Dhanya, Participated and presented a paper in Two-day National Conference on 'Gender identity and changing news paradigms’ held at Krishtu Jayanthi College, Bangaluru on 19th and 20th February 2019
  • PRSI Best Student awards are received by our top students who score top in Public Relations every year. This year Ms. Bhavya Yammannur received this awards in August 2019.
  • 2020: MAII Students Anuja, Deisree and Neha won 3rd Prize at Cinevolution 2020 film fest organized by St.Joseph’s College King Koti Hyderabad on 31st January 2020
  • Eight students of MA I (2019) have Published letters to the Editor in various EnglishNewspapers.
  • MA I and MA II students participated in Change Chitra Film Festival and a panel discussion on “Documentary films for Social Change” held at American Corner, St.Francis College for women, on Feb 28,2020
